Shipping Information – Most orders will ship UPS ground unless we are shipping to a P.O. Box. Orders take 2-3 business days to ship, and 2-3 business days of ship time with UPS. P.O. Box orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive.

Fran’s Bio – The Longwood Herb Shop is owned by Fran Hamilton, CNHP. Fran grew up in Jamaica and had always been fascinated by the botanical healing as practiced in the West Indies. Her interest on a personal level began in earnest when her first baby had a health problem that was not getting solved by conventional medicine. At that time the state of complimentary medicine was also in it’s infancy in the USA. The last couple of decades have seen this field mushroom as more and more people have had similar realizations.

In the early 90’s Fran started selling homeopathic kits mail order. This first foray into the natural products field led to working with several lines of vitamins and herbal products and eventually it was obvious that things needed to move out of the house and into a store!

In addition to her expertise in herbs and homeopathy, Fran does electro-dermal screening with the Bach flower essences. Muscle testing, iridology and massage are also offered at the shop. One of Fran’s greatest joys is teaching, so for several years she had a radio show in the Central Florida area. Now she concentrates on doing individual counseling and holds classes in the store. Because of the quality and efficacy the full line of some 500 products by Nature’s Sunshine are carried in the shop and sold on the web site.
