L-Carnitine Amino Acid – Heart Health (30 Count) from Nature’s Sunshine

L-carnitine

L-Carnitine [Vital Nutrition] is an amino acid from which certain proteins are made. It is synthesized in the liver and kidneys. The body requires l-carnitine for the transport of long-chain fatty acids into the cells.

L-carnitine also supports the overall health of the heart. It is not found in vegetable foods but is mostly found in animal muscle tissue. Each capsule contains 295 mg of natural l-carnitine.

Adults: Take 1–3 capsules daily with meals.

critical to life

Amino acids play a central role in both the building blocks of proteins and as intermediates in metabolism.  Humans can only produce 10 of the 20 essential amino acids so the others must be supplied through food or proper supplementation each day!
